Are the tours private?
Yes, all tours are completely private and exclusive to each individual booking.

Do the private tours include stops for meals?
Yes, our driver/guide will ask about your food preferences and suggest trusted locations for meals. If you prefer, we can arrange this ahead of time.

Will the guide/driver accompany us inside the monuments or museums?
We are a certified company with driver-guides. During the tour, your driver will provide all the necessary information and assist with accessing the monuments or museums. However, they will not accompany you inside due to the following reasons:

  • Parking near monuments or museums is sometimes challenging, and we want to make the best use of your time. The driver will drop you off as close as possible, give detailed instructions, and explain the points of interest.

  • The driver will stay with the vehicle to ensure the safety of your belongings. If you prefer a guide to accompany you inside throughout the visit, we offer an additional guide service that can be arranged.

 

How do I request a guide to accompany me inside the museums/monuments?
Once you’ve booked the tour, just reach out to us and inform us that you’d like a certified guide to accompany you during the entire experience. We’ll get back to you with all the details as soon as possible.

Can you design a custom tour based on my preferences?
Yes, our main focus is providing a personalized and flexible service. We can create a tailor-made tour based on your interests, drawing on our deep knowledge of Portugal and our vast network of contacts.
All you need to do is contact us, tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll assign a dedicated travel advisor to organize your trip and assist you during your stay.

I want to book a tour for a large group. Is this possible?
Yes, it is. While we specialize in smaller groups, we work with trusted partners who provide coaches for up to 50 people. If your group is larger than seven, feel free to contact us, and we’ll arrange everything.

Can I request a pick-up time not listed in the booking options?
Yes, simply get in touch with us, specify the tour and your preferred pick-up time, and we’ll do our best to meet your request.

What’s included in the tour price?


The price covers:

  • A certified Driver/Guide who will provide commentary and explanations during the tour.

  • VAT, tolls, and parking fees.

  • Tickets to the monuments when the tour booked is with included tickets.

 

Our insurance covers:

  • Public liability.

  • Road-related risks.

  • Personal accidents.

Cancellation

I made an error with my reservation or need to change my booking dates. What should I do?
Simply get in touch with us and let us know the changes you need. We’ll update your reservation based on availability.

 

How do I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us directly. We will review your request, process the cancellation, and confirm according to our cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations up to 72 hours before – no charge.

  • Cancellations up to 48 hours before – 50% charge.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours – full charge.
