Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late. We allow a short waiting time, but delays may reduce the total duration of the tour or affect the planned itinerary. For experiences with fixed-entry tickets, late arrival may result in missed visits without refund.

Small bags and foldable strollers are usually accepted, depending on vehicle capacity. Large luggage is not recommended unless previously confirmed, as space may be limited and some tours include walking areas where luggage is not practical.
