Bookings:
You can make bookings directly through our website, via WhatsApp, phone, email, or through third-party platforms. If booking by email, please include all necessary details to help us process your request efficiently. Booking online provides instant confirmation, while phone or email bookings may take up to one business day. Although bookings via third-party platforms like Airbnb are possible, booking directly is preferable, as it allows us to offer better rates and refund fees.
Groups can book private experiences through our website. For custom group arrangements, please contact us at least one day in advance.

Ribeiro, Carinhas & Lopes, Lda - Ó Turista reserves the right to adjust prices based on dynamic pricing models.
Shared experiences require a minimum of two participants. As a result, we may cancel or reschedule if the minimum is not met by the day before the activity.
Payment Terms:
Ribeiro, Carinhas & Lopes, Lda - Ó Turista reserves the right to charge a 100% deposit to secure all bookings. Payments can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or online through credit card (transaction fees may apply).
Cancellations:
The following cancellation and modification policies apply:

Bookings are confirmed once full payment is made via online platforms, provided credit card details, or bank transfer.

The booking payment, minus a 3.5% processing fee, is refundable up to 3 days (72 hours) before the planned activity. After this period, Ribeiro, Carinhas & Lopes, Lda - Ó Turista is not obligated to issue a refund.

Date changes for activities are at the discretion of Ribeiro, Carinhas & Lopes, Lda - Ó Turista, depending on availability and applicable charges.

A "No-Show" without prior notice will result in the cancellation of the reservation, and the full amount will be charged.

Injury or illness is the responsibility of each guest, and we recommend guests have travel insurance.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for cancellations or non-fulfillment of bookings due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, natural disasters, technical transportation issues, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Additional Information:
Ribeiro, Carinhas & Lopes, Lda - Ó Turista reserves the right to adjust rates due to factors like currency fluctuations or supplier cost increases. Any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
